Overview
Transform the layout of your meeting room to create a more engaging and organized environment. Present information more effectively and ultimately boost productivity - all through the Admin Control Panel (ACP).
For either the Layout or Presentation Tabs, start by inputting the number of participants that you would like to have shown per page.
NOTE: By default, the maximum number of participants per page is 16. Although, if there are 32 participants in a meeting, each page of the room will show up to 16 participants. Navigate between pages utilizing the arrow, located on the center right or left sides of the room.
Layout
Static Layout
A static layout remains fixed, regardless of how many participants join the meeting room, ensuring that each user retains their assigned position. This layout is ideal for consistent meeting formats (ex. events, or when you know exactly who will be presenting during a session). It's important to note that if the number of participants exceeds the available positions, the additional participant tiles will not be displayed in the meeting, but their audio can still be heard.
Dynamic Layout
A dynamic layout will adapt to the number of participants as they enter the room. Selecting a dynamic layout is recommended for a more flexible meeting format.
Self-View in Monitor Window
When the self-view in monitor is enabled, or the participant's visibility is set to 'Invisible', the participant will see themselves in a small window during the TODA meeting. Administrators also have the ability to anchor all users' self-view monitor windows to any of the four corners of the room.
NOTE: When a participant's visibility is disabled they will not be seen or heard in the active TODA Live room.
Presentation Tab
Presentation mode is enabled when screen sharing, using the Whiteboard, or when media is being displayed. By default, presentations will be presented utilizing the Showcase layout.
Number of Presentation Windows
You have the option to enable and select between 1 to 16 presentation windows that will be shown by presenters during a session. This feature blocks the presentation tiles to that specific number even if no media is displayed. For example, enable with 4, and you only have 3 pieces of media displayed, you'll see a purple square.
NOTE: This is helpful where you may want to watch multiple stream at the same time and fix the view at a certain number of windows.
