Admin Control Panel (ACP): Bottom Bar & Menu Settings

Overview

Experience greater flexibility and personalize your room's navigation bar by choosing the placement and visibility of features. You can restrict specific features to be accessible only to the Host(s), allowing you to tailor the room's functionality and access permissions.


Bottom Bar & Menu Settings


1. Upon accessing the Admin Control Panel (ACP), you will be directed to the default Dashboard page, which serves as the starting point for Administrators.


2. Below the Dashboard Tab, select the Room Widgets icon. The Room Widgets Panel will appear.



3. Click the Toolbar Widget to add it to your ACP DashboardYou may also click the widget again to remove it from your dashboard.



4. Once this widget has been added to your dashboard, exit the Room Widgets Panel by clicking on any space outside of the panel.



TODA TIP: The on/off toggle is a switch that allows you to turn an action on or off. It has two states: "enable" and "disable". You can switch the toggle between these two states by clicking on it. By default, all toggles are set to the "disabled" state.

When it's in the "enabled" state, the action it controls is active.

When the toggle is in the "disabled" state, the action it controls is inactive.

Bottom Bar



The Bottom Bar, available at the bottom of every participant's meeting room, can be visible or hidden by the Administrator. Enabling this feature displays icons for various functionalities. However, if the Administrator prefers a clean interface without any icons, they should disable this option.




Located to the right of the features, you'll find the Bottom Bar, Menu, and Host icons. Simply click on any of these icons to easily enable or disable the corresponding features for main room users.

  • When the Bottom Bar and Menu icons are highlighted, it signals that the corresponding features can be accessed from either one or both locations.

  • When the Host icon is highlighted, this indicates that particular feature is restricted to Host(s) only.
