New Features


Sign In, Create, and Manage Your Account from a Room


We’ve made it easier for new and existing users to create, sign in, and manage profile settings directly from a TODA Live room!


Starting from a room, navigate to your profile photo or icon,  conveniently located on the right-hand side of the top bar. Here, you can update your profile picture, reset your password, and amend other account details.



  • Existing users that are signed in can quickly access and manage their account settings.

  • Guests that choose to create a TODA Live account will be redirected to the meeting room Lobby.





TODA Live Create App: Screen Share Improvements


Explore some enhanced functionality to the Share Screen icon, exclusively available in the TODA Live Create App! 


Users can now initiate screen shares and Stream Media sessions, simply by clicking the Share Screen icon, and choosing the desired input(s) for each shared element, along with the preferred audio source.

*With this enhancement, isolated audio is now accessible for Application Windows.



NOTE: The Remote Control feature is only accessible during a Screen Share.


Additionally, users can further customize each session by toggling on Advanced Settings


NOTE: By default, settings will align with those predetermined by Hosts within the Host Control Panel.





Remote Control Across Multiple Monitors


TODA Live's recently introduced Remote Control feature now supports controlling multiple screens. These improvements provide a more flexible and efficient Remote Control experience, making it easier to manage and navigate multiple screens during TODA Live sessions.


*In order to use this feature, participants must be using the latest version of the TODA Live Create App (Version 24.5.12)


Steps to sharing your screens:

  1. Start by clicking on the Share Screen icon, located on the bottom bar.
  2. Select the screens you would like to share. 
  3. Then, click Share.


From here, your shared screens will appear and include a top bar featuring different tabs. 


For users requesting control, they will have access to all shared screens. Although only one screen is shown at a time, they can easily switch between different screens using the top bar.



Redesigned Landing Page for Room Access


We've revamped the landing page for accessing a room! Users now have the choice to join a TODA Live room via browser or the TODA Live app. 


Additionally, there's a link to download the latest TODA Live app directly on the page.



NOTE: Clicking Continue with App will not have any effect if you do not have the TODA Live app installed on your computer.






Admin Control Panel (ACP): Participant Management


  • Reset the Participant List: Hosts can now easily reset the participant list directly from the Participant Panel in the ACP. This feature streamlines the management of participants and simplifies the process of preparing for new sessions.





  • Consolidate Duplicate Guest Entries: At the end of each session, all duplicated guest entries are automatically consolidated into a single entry. This enhancement aims to reduce clutter, especially in rooms frequently used by external users without TODA Live accounts, ensuring a cleaner and more organized participant list.
