New Features

TODA Live Desktop App Improvements

Enhancements tailored specifically to the TODA Live Desktop App!

• Account Settings

Create an account and reset your password directly from the TODA Live Desktop app on both Mac OS and Windows.

• Invitation Links

When clicking on a meeting link from an email or calendar invite with the app installed, two separate windows will open. One takes you directly to the lobby, while the other opens the homepage for your list of meetings.

• Share Screen with Isolated Audio

Audio isolation for entire screens is now supported for Create Sessions on this latest version of the Mac OS TODA Live app.

9:16 Aspect Ratio

A new aspect ratio is now available for media playback, accessible in the following: 

• Host Control Panel >Media Tab. 
• Admin Control Panel >Media Tab (Applied to Active Media). 
• Admin Control Panel> Tile Settings Widget (Applied to Participants’ Tiles).

Require Mute Upon Entry

Require Mute Upon Entry is a new toggle, available in the following: 

• Homepage> Room Panel 
• Admin Control Panel> Room Settings

When enabled, it will show a notification in the lobby indicating to users that they will have to join the room muted, but can unmute themselves once inside. 

NOTE: If this toggle is enabled while participants are already present in the room, it will not affect them.

Frame.io Integration: Presentation View

Hosts and co-hosts can now add in their Frame.io presentation links to the Media tab, simplifying the process of sharing and reviewing assets with collaborators.

TODA Live Experience 

The TODA Live experience has undergone some minor improvements! 

• The Join Button was updated with a gradient border on individual meetings, and in the Homepage Room Panel.  
• Hosts can find the Add a Breakout Room button updated with a gradient border on individual meeting tiles.  
• The Copy Room Link icon is now visible within the Homepage Room Panel> Settings Tab.

Resolved Issues

• When resetting your password from the TODA Live sign in flow, you will receive a confirmation message: “A link to reset your password has been sent to your existing email.”
• In the main room recording, every participant is correctly placed and reproduces the experience visible in the room. In prior versions, the Presenter role was not being captured accurately. 
• Improved the overall accuracy of the background replacement
