Create a TODA Live Account

Before getting started, you will need to create a TODA Live account. This can be done through the TODA Live App or through a supported browser. This section will cover creating an account through a supported browser. 

1. Open your browser, and go to http://connect.todalive.com, where you will find and click the Sign Up option.
   
   
2. Here, you will be instructed to:
   1. Enter your preferred email address.
   2. Enter your name.
   3. Create a unique password. *Make sure it meets the following requirements:
      i) One lowercase character
      ii) One uppercase character
      iii) One number
      iv) One special character (ex.%$#!)
      v) 8 characters minimum
   4. Review and Agree to our Privacy Policy, then click the corresponding checkbox.
      
      
3.  Click the Sign Up button.

Create an Account While in a Room

As a TODA Live Guest, you can enter a meeting room but won't have access to its full functionality. However, you can create a TODA Live account while in the room! 

1. Starting from a TODA Live room, click the profile icon, located on the top-right hand corner of the room. 

• A panel will appear on the right-hand side. 

2. Next, click Sign Up.

3. Here, you can begin to create an account with the following information: 

1. Enter your preferred email address.
2. Enter your name.
3. Create a unique password. *Make sure it meets the following requirements:
   i) One lowercase character
   ii) One uppercase character
   iii) One number
   iv) One special character (%$#!)
   v) 8 characters minimum
4. Review and agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, then click the corresponding checkbox.

4. Lastly, click the Sign Up button.
