Overview

Start using Coresee’s Google Calendar integration for an easy and convenient way of creating instant rooms, organizing your day-to-day, and scheduling meetings.

Requirements 

• To integrate the Coresee add-on with your Google Calendar, simply install it from Google Workspace Marketplace.

Sign In to Coresee

Sign in to your Coresee account through Google Calendar to manage your room settings and start inviting others to your meeting room!

1. From the Google Calendar Add-on’s sidebar, click the Coresee Add-On button. 

• The Coresee Add-On panel will appear. 

2. Next, click the Sign In button. 

3. Enter your Coresee credentials, environment (optional), and click Sign In.
   

• Once signed in, you may close the Sign In modal. 

Create a Coresee Room 

Easily create, schedule and invite others to your next Coresee meeting, while creating an event in Google Calendar.

1. Starting from Google Calendar, click Create an event or edit an existing one.

• The Event modal will appear, where you can proceed to enter the details of your event. 

2. Within the event, click the Add Video Conferencing dropdown.

3. Select the Coresee Meeting option.

Meeting Room Settings

Coresee meeting room settings can be updated directly from Google Calendar. 

1. From the Add-on sidebar, click the Coresee Add-On button. 
   

2. From your Google Calendar, click on an event in which Coresee has been selected for video conferencing.

3. Here, you will find your meeting room details, along with additional room setting toggles.
   
   
   

Sign Out of Coresee Add-On

Switch accounts easily by signing out of your current Coresee account and signing in to a new one.

1. From the Google Calendar Add-on’s sidebar, click the Coresee Add-On button. 
   

2. Click the three dot menu, located on the top right-hand side of the panel.

3. From the menu, select the Sign Out option. 

That’s it! You’ve successfully signed out of your Coresee account.
