Overview

Start using TODA Live’s Google Calendar integration for an easy and convenient way of creating instant rooms, organizing your day-to-day, and scheduling TODA Live meetings.

• To integrate the TODA Live add-on into your Google Calendar, please contact help@lmmv.com. Once installed, you will be able to sign in and leverage the full suite of TODA Live integration features.

Sign In to TODA Live

Sign in to your TODA Live account through Google Calendar to manage your room settings and start inviting others to your meeting room!

1. From the Google Calendar Add-on’s sidebar, click the TODA Live add-on button. 

• The TODA Live add-on panel will appear. 

2. Next, click the Sign In button. 

• A TODA Live Add-in window will appear 

3. Enter your TODA Live credentials, environment (optional), and click Sign In.
   
   
   

• Once signed in, you may close the Sign In modal. 

Create a TODA Live Room 

Easily create, schedule and invite others to your next TODA Live meeting, while creating an event in Google Calendar.

1. Starting from Google Calendar, click the Create dropdown, select the Event option.

• The Event modal will appear, where you can proceed to enter the details of your event. 

2. Within the event, click the Add Video Conferencing dropdown.

3. Select the TODA-Live Meeting option.

NOTE: You will receive a 'Login Required' notification if you are not signed in to your TODA Live account.

4. Finally, click Save to exit the modal and return to your Google Calendar.  

Alternatively, to remove video conferencing from your event, simply click the Remove Conference button. 

Meeting Room Settings

TODA Live meeting room settings can be updated directly from Google Calendar. This makes it simple to adjust Host and privacy settings without having to leave the Google Chrome browser. 

1. From the Add-on sidebar, click the TODA Live add-on button.

2. From your Google Calendar, click on an event in which TODA Live has been selected for video conferencing.

3. Here, you will find your TODA Live meeting room details, along with additional room setting toggles.

Sign Out of TODA Live

Switch accounts easily by signing out of your current TODA Live account and signing in to a new one.

1. From the Google Calendar Add-on’s sidebar, click the TODA Live add-on button. 

• The TODA Live add-on panel will appear. 

2. Click the three dot menu, located on the top right-hand side of the panel.

3. From the menu, select the Sign Out option. 

That’s it! You’ve successfully signed out of your TODA Live account.
