What is the Admin Control Panel (ACP)?
The Admin Control Panel, also known as the "ACP," is the centralized command center for managing and overseeing the operations of your TODA Live environment. The ACP provides access to recordings, media, the ability for administrators to adjust participants' cameras, customize the theme, and monitor room chats. While there is much more to explore, this article will focus on the basics for now.
Access the 'ACP' via Direct Link
1. To access the ACP, simply sign in using the direct link https://cp-connect.todalive.com/, where you will be prompted to enter your TODA Live credentials.
NOTE: In order to access the Admin Control Panel for your environment, simply add "cp-" to your TODA Live environment hyperlink (ex. https://cp-yourcompany.todalive.com/).
2. Enter your TODA Live email address and password.
3. Click the Sign In button to continue.

Access the 'ACP' via Your Meeting Room
Alternatively, accessing the ACP is straightforward if you are listed as a Host or Co-host in a meeting.
Let’s first start by navigating to the TODA Live Homepage connect.todalive.com.
1. From there, locate and join the specific room you wish to control.
NOTE: Meeting rooms where you are designated as a Host or Co-host, are labeled purple.
2. Once you’ve joined your preferred room, locate and click the menu icon at the lower right-hand side of the window.
3. A menu will appear directly above the icon.
4. Here, you will find the option to select the Admin Control Panel.
- You will will then be redirected to your TODA Control Panel.
