Overview

The Homepage Room Panel, accessed via a meeting room card, allows you to manage room privacy, invite guests, and review recordings and media files. Explore the features available to you as a Host, Co-Host, or Participant below—everything you need to know about your meeting room is right here!

NOTE: 
Purple-labeled meeting rooms indicate that you are the Host or Co-Host.
Blue-labeled meeting rooms indicate that you are a Participant.

Room ID 12 characters, and at the end of each room url
Created Date and time the room was created		–
Room Expiration Enabled Number of days until room expires		–
Enter Room on Mute Participants are automatically muted before joining a room		–
Host Required Hosts must open the room before Participants can join		–
Login Required Attendees must sign in prior to joining a room		–
Host Control Admit Host can allow or reject attendees from entering the room		–
Private Room Only invited Participants can join the room		–
