Overview
The Scheduling tab lets Hosts set the date, time, and frequency of their meetings. From here, you can schedule one-time or recurring meetings, set the meeting duration, and manage all timing-related details to keep your meetings organized and on track. It's the go-to tool for planning ahead and ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Access the Scheduling Tab
- From your TODA Live Homepage, locate and select a meeting room card.
- A Room Panel will appear on the right-hand side of your window.
- Next, click the Scheduling tab.
Enable Scheduling
Enable Scheduling options, simply click the Schedule toggle within the Scheduling tab.
Meeting Start Date
Set the start date to initiate your scheduled meetings.
Meeting Start Time
Choose the time when your meeting will begin.
Duration of Meeting
Specify the duration of your meeting.
Meeting Frequency
Set the interval for recurring meetings to match your desired schedule.
