Overview

Within the Files tab, there are 'subtabs' which allow you to upload and view various media files, URLs, and feeds shared by anyone in your meeting room. This centralized space ensures all participants have easy access to essential resources and content, streamlining the sharing of presentations, documents, and other materials during your meetings.

Access the Files Tab

1. From your TODA Live Homepage, locate and select a meeting room card. 

• A Room Panel will appear on the right-hand side of your window.

2. Next, click the Files tab.

Media/File Browser  

The Media/File Browser is the designated area where all uploaded files, URLs, and feeds are stored after being uploaded. Hosts can also access uploaded media through the Host Control Panel (HCP) in the meeting room.

TODA TIP: Utilize the Sort and Icon View options to easily organize and review your uploaded files.

Media/File Upload  

The Media/File Upload feature lets participants quickly upload files by dragging and dropping them or browsing from their local device. All uploaded assets are automatically stored in the Media/File Browser for easy access.

Add URL 

The Add URL feature enables participants to enhance their presentations by sharing links to external content directly within the meeting room. By adding URLs, users can easily provide access to relevant resources. 

Feeds 

Effortlessly upload and stream high-quality audio and video content using RTMP, RTSP, and SRT protocols. These protocols improve your streaming capabilities by providing low latency, reliable connections, and secure transmissions, simplifying the delivery real-time content to your audience.
