Create a custom look and feel with the different layouts TODA Live offers! Whether in advance or on the fly, TODA Live has the look that is right for your room. Continue reading to explore the different options on the platform.

Layout

Layout refers to a room that is not displaying media, just Participants. 

1. Starting on the Host Control Panel (HCP), locate the Layout tab on the upper left-hand side of the panel. The tab will automatically populate with different layout options to choose from. 

• Alternatively, have TODA Live create a grid for you!
  
  

NOTE: The number of attendees allowed in each room may vary based on your license grade, with a maximum of 16 attendees displayed per page within the room. If you need to increase the allotted number of attendees for your account, we suggest contacting your dedicated Account Manager for guidance, in case your requirements have evolved.

Presentation Layout

TODA Live has some options for you to choose from to quickly and effortlessly command the room to showcase your presentation materials. These features are available when you’re in screen share mode, using the whiteboard, or displaying any media.

1. Starting on the Host Control Panel (HCP), locate the Layout tab on the upper left-hand side of the panel. 

2. Select the Presentation button, located on the upper right-hand side of the panel. The HCP will provide select viewing options for your presentation.
