Overview

Review Mode provides a sleek, distraction-free environment, designed to keep the spotlight on your media presentation without taking over your entire computer screen. 

Present your content against a true-black background, highlighting every detail. Participant tiles and other features are hidden, ensuring all attention is on your media.

TODA TIP: You can enable Review Mode either before or while presenting your media to the room. 

Feature Guide

Enable Review Mode from the Host Control Panel

1. Starting from your TODA Live room, open the Host Control Panel. 

2. Click the Layout tab.

3. Next, select Presentation Layout. 

4. Navigate to and click Review Mode. 

Enable Review Mode from the Admin Control Panel

1. Starting from your TODA Live room, open the menu button and click Admin Control Panel.
   
   

• A new Admin Control Panel window will open. 

2. From the Dashboard tab, locate the Layout widget and select the Presentation tab.
   
   
   
3.  Finally, navigate to and click Review Mode.

Explore Review Mode

In Review Mode, you can still use essential presentation tools like the microphone and toolbar, and for more screen space - switch your presentation to full screen.

Simply, hover your mouse over the bottom of your presentation to reveal Review Mode features. 

Microphone 

Keep the conversation flowing by using your microphone. Choose your audio input and engage with the toolbar while presenting your media.

Toolbar

Use the toolbar to annotate– add text, take a screenshot, or draw using your choice of colors from our palette.

Fullscreen

Expand your presentation beyond your TODA Live room by entering full-screen mode, utilizing your entire screen for a more immersive experience. 

To exit full screen mode, click the Full Screen button, or press the esc key on your keyboard.

Media Menu

The Media menu is specific to each media window. Here, you can stop presenting a file or add the title of your media file to your presentation within the media window.

Leave Room

Leave your TODA Live room with ease by clicking the Leave Room button, then click Exit Now to return to your TODA Live Homepage.

Change Layout 

With the Layout button, quickly toggle between presentation layouts without needing to access the Host Control Panel. 

Close Review Mode 

Once you're finished presenting a media file, close it to remove it from the room. If you have multiple media windows open, only the selected media will be removed. 

Although closed media will no longer be displayed, it remains accessible in the Media tab of the Host Control Panel.
