Overview

Previously exclusive to the Admin Control Panel, Tile Settings are now accessible in the Host Control Panel (HCP). These settings allow you to manage participant tile visibility, including name, title, microphone levels, and ensure a consistent aspect ratio for all tiles in the room.

What is a Tile?

A Tile is the designated space within the meeting room in which each participant’s video feed is displayed. These tiles will typically feature the participant’s name, title, current audio status, and a Tile Menu with additional options.
