Overview
Effortlessly control participant video settings and features like bandwidth and resolution through the Admin Control Panel (ACP).
Video Settings
Starting in the ACP, navigate to the participants panel on the left-hand side of your window.
Next, select a participant to make changes for.
To the right of the participant panel, additional actions will become available for the selected participant.
Navigate to the Video Settings widget.
If you are unable to locate this widget, you may need to ensure the widget is active. To check, simply click the Participant Widgets icon and select Video Settings.
Now, you can adjust the selected participant's Video Bandwidth from 0 kbps to 10 000 kbps, as well as the Video Resolution from 180 to up to 1080 lines.
TODA TIP: Video Bandwidth - Refers to the amount of data transmitted over a network when streaming video content. It is the capacity of a network to deliver video content to users without interruption or buffering. Video Resolution - Refers to the level of detail and clarity in a video.
