Overview


Easily modify participants audio settings and features like Gain and Bandwidth through the Admin Control Panel (ACP).



TODA TIP: 
Audio Gain - When audio levels normalize and maintain balanced sound output.

Audio Bandwidth - Refers to the quality of bits per seconds attributed to 
transporting the audio track. The higher it is, the better quality.



Audio Settings

  1. Starting in the ACP, navigate to the participants panel on the left-hand side of your window.


  1.  Next, select a participant to make changes for.

  • To the right of the participant panel, additional actions will become available for the selected participant. 


  1. Navigate to the Audio Settings widget.


  • If you are unable to locate this widget, you may need to ensure the widget is active. To check, simply click the Participant Widgets icon and select Audio Settings.


 


Now, you are able to choose the participants' Audio Gain from 0.1 to 4, as well as the Audio Bandwidth from 8 kbps to up to 48 kbps. 


TODA TIP: The infinite option means the audio is auto-managed.


Additionally, use the Audio Setting toggles to quickly adjust Audio GainEcho Cancellation and even Noise Suppression.
