Forgot your password? No problem! Reset it with ease via the TODA Live Desktop App or a supported browser. 

How to Reset Your Password

1. Below the Password field click Forgot Password?.
   
   
2. On the following screen, enter your TODA Live email and click Send reset link.
   
   
3. You will receive an email prompting you to reset your password. Make sure to check your Spam folder!
    
   
   
   

   TODA TIP: Click the eye icon to reveal your password. 
   Click it again to keep your password secure during sign in.

   
   
   
4. Click the Reset Password button.  
   
   
5. A new webpage will load, where you can create a password that meets the following requirements:
   i) One lowercase character
   ii) One uppercase character
   iii) One number
   iv) One special character (%$#!)
   v) 8 characters minimum
   
   
6. Next, from the Sign In page, enter your updated credentials.
   
   
7. Click the Sign In button to enter the TODA Live meeting portal.
