Overview

Designed for presenters hosting large-scale sessions, our Webinar features a built-in livestream player, optional chat, and a streamlined experience for attendees who only need to watch content—without requiring a microphone or camera access.

*To enable this feature, ensure that the Webinar tag is activated in the User Management tab for your account. For assistance, please reach out to our support team at help@lmmv.com, we're happy to help!

Activate Webinar

Inside the Admin Control Panel (ACP), Hosts can easily manage Webinar settings: 

1. Starting from the ACP, navigate to the ACP Homepage.
   
   
   
2. Next, click the Webinar tab.
   
   
   
3. From here, select an existing Webinar or create a new one by clicking New Webinar, which can be found on the bottom-left hand side of your window.

Webinar Homepage

The Webinar Homepage is where you can:

• View all webinars in your environment.
• Create new webinars or access existing ones.
• Delete webinars that are no longer active. 
  
  

  NOTE: Only inactive webinars can be deleted.

  
  

Webinar Management

Activation Controls

Enable or disable the Webinar and Chat features. 

NOTE: Disabling the Webinar prevents users from accessing it.

Quick Access

Using Quick Access, you can join the webinar directly or open a separate chat-only window for monitoring or external streaming.

Copy Links

Quickly copy essential links such as Webinar link, Chat link, and RTMP streaming details. Here you can seamlessly use the RTMP URL and Channel ID to connect your live stream to the webinar player.

Lobby Customization

Tailor the attendee entry experience with flexible settings:

• Control Name & Email Input: Require, make optional, or disable name/email input. If Chat is enabled, name input is mandatory.
• Manage Access: Keep your webinar open to all or restrict entry with a passcode for a private session.

Header Elements

Set a title, toggle its visibility, and add a logo via a public URL.

Webinar Settings

Choose a color scheme for your Webinar and appearance to match your branding.

Chat Settings

Fine-tune Chat settings by modifying the title and background colors.
