Modified on Wed, 19 Feb at 5:53 PM

Overview

Enhance your workflow experience by sharing Frame.io links to a TODA Live room. Frame.io allows users to share media, track feedback, and streamline workflow so teams can work together from anywhere.

With this integration, Hosts can easily add Frame.io links through the Media Tab of the Host Control Panel (HCP), allowing participants to review media and collaborate seamlessly.

  1. Starting in Frame.io, click the Share button, and select Share as Presentation

  • A dialogue box will appear.

  1. Navigate to Link access, and click the copy link icon.

  • The link will automatically copy to your device's clipboard.

NOTE: Links must be set to Public in order to present a link to the room.

  1. Return to the TODA Live room, and open the HCP

  1. From here, click the Add URL icon and paste the link into the designated area.

  1. Select the add (+) button.

  • The link will then be visible in the Media/File browser.

  1. Drag and drop the Frame.io link into the room.

                    OR

  1. Left-click the Frame.io link and select Present.

                    OR

  1. Click the Frame.io link, navigate to Playback Settings, and enable the Active toggle.

  1. Click Let’s go!

NOTE: The media player is local, meaning each participant maintains control
of their own playing experience. For example, if participant 1 clicks play,
it will not play for other participants.

Now, it's time to present and collaborate!
