What is a TODA Live Room?

TODA Live rooms provide a seamless virtual collaboration experience through the TODA Live video conferencing platform. Within these spaces, users can leverage an array of features and functionalities, such as high-quality video and audio conferencing, screen sharing, file sharing, messaging, whiteboard, and much more. Additionally, attendees can be sorted into various groups or breakout rooms for concentrated discussions and teamwork.

The rooms are accessible from any computer, smartphone, or internet-enabled device, making it easy to connect and collaborate with others, no matter where you are.

Joining a Room

Congratulations! You have been invited to join a TODA Live meeting room as a participant. You can now enter the virtual meeting space to seamlessly collaborate with fellow attendees and efficiently manage your meeting settings. Here are some convenient options for joining a room:

Join a Room via TODA Room Link (Sign In Required)

1. Click on the Join Link that has been shared with you, which may have been shared via email. The link will look something like this:

2. Once you click on the link, you will be redirected to the TODA Live Lobby. 

Join a Room via TODA Live Homepage

1. Navigate to the TODA Live Homepage at connect.todalive.com.

NOTE: Please be aware that URLs may vary based on your account type, as they are carefully crafted to suit the unique needs of your business. For example, your link could be something like yourcompanyname.todalive.com, personalized exclusively for your brand. 

2. Hover your cursor over the scheduled meeting room.

3. Click the Join button on the right-hand side.

4. Once you click Join, you will be redirected to the TODA Live Lobby.

Joining Your Room via the Room Panel

1. Locate and click the Join button, located on the top right-hand side of your Room Panel.  You will then be directed to the TODA Live Lobby on the next page.

Joining Inactive Rooms 

To join a past room on TODA Live, there are a few convenient options: 

 Invitation Link: Access the meeting room by using the TODA Live invitation link that was sent to you via email.

These access points provide simple ways to re-join a meeting that is no longer active but still retains media files and chat history for you to revisit.

Filtering Meeting Rooms

Filtering can help you quickly find specific meeting rooms. You can narrow down the results to match your preferences.

1. Starting from the TODA Live homepage, click the View dropdown, located on the top left-hand side of your page. 

2. From here, you will be presented with various filtering options. For example, if you only want to find meetings scheduled for today, select Today and find those meeting rooms with ease. 

Sort Meeting Rooms

Sorting your meeting rooms can be just as helpful as filtering them. You can sort your meeting rooms from old to new, upcoming meetings, among other options. This allows you to quickly find the meeting room you need based on the sorting preference you choose.

1. Starting from the TODA Live homepage, locate and click the Sort dropdown, located on the top left-hand side of your page.  

• A dropdown menu will appear, presenting the system's default sorting options.

2. Select the desired sort option that aligns with your needs. For instance, if you want to sort the list based on meetings in the near future, choose the Upcoming option.

Now, your rooms will arrange themselves based on your chosen sort criteria.

Search for Meeting Rooms

Searching for your meeting rooms can be a quick way to find past meetings. To make it easier, you can search using the following options:

• Name of Attendee
• Room ID
• Room Name
• Attendee Email

1. Start by locating the Search icon on the TODA Live homepage, on the top right-hand side of your page. 

2. Once you click on the search bar, it will expand, allowing you to start typing in your search query.

In the Lobby

The TODA Live Lobby is where you can take a moment to fine-tune your video and audio preferences before joining the meeting room with other attendees. Here is what you can do: 

Update Your Details 

1. Enter your preferred name. 

2. Enter your personal or professional title (optional).

• These details will be displayed to all meeting attendees.
  
  

3. Join the Room.

Click the Join button to enter the room.

OR

Click Whiteboard Companion if you would like to use an additional device to collaborate, draw, write, and upload images during your meeting.

How Many Attendees are in the Meeting Room?

You can easily determine the number of active attendees in the meeting room:

1. Go to the TODA Live Homepage at connect.todalive.com. 

2. Locate the meeting room you’d like to view. 

3. On the right-hand side of your room selection, you will find two numbers displayed. These represent the count of attendees present in the room and the count of attendees invited to the room.

Example: Count of attendees present in the room (left number, ex. “0”) / count of attendees invited to the room (right number, ex. “0/3”).

Inviting Attendees to a Room

Now that you’ve joined a room, you can invite other attendees. Here is how you do it:

Copy and Paste a Room Link

1. Click the room name, conveniently located at the top center of the meeting room. The meeting room link will automatically be copied for you.

2. Share the copied link with another attendee.
