Modified on Mon, 24 Nov at 9:29 AM

Overview

During the initial process of joining a Coresee meeting room, your system may request permission to enable screen sharing. If you missed this step, no problem! This guide will show you how to quickly grant the necessary permissions to share your screen.

*The following instructions apply to most desktop versions of macOS, however some versions may require additional security settings to enable the Share Screen feature.

1. Click on the Apple logo, located in the top left-hand side of your computer screen, and select System Settings from the dropdown menu.

  • A new window will open with a menu of options displayed on the left-hand side of the window.

2. From the menu options, scroll down and click Privacy & Security.

3. To the right of Privacy & Security, locate and select Screen Recording

4. To the right of your preferred web browser as well as your Coresee native application, switch the toggle to the ON position to update your settings.

5. When updating your privacy settings, your system may prompt you to confirm the modifications. If so, simply enter the required information to move forward. You may also be asked to Quit & Reopen
