Email Invitation Link
When invited to join a TODA Live room, you'll receive an email containing all of the necessary details, including the meeting room link, Host(s), and invited Guests.
TODA TIP: If you are unable to find your TODA Live meeting invitation in your inbox,
be sure to check the Spam Folder!
To join a meeting, click the Join button. Alternatively, you may click the url link or paste the url into a browser.
From here, you will be redirected to a browser and prompted to select from one of the following options:
Continue with Web
Upon clicking 'Continue with Web,' you will continue to the meeting room Lobby.
OR
Continue on App
The TODA Live App must be installed to move forward with this option.
To download the app, click the Download TODA Live App Now link, then select the best download option for your device to begin the installation process.
After clicking 'Continue on App,' the TODA Live app will open, and you will land in the meeting room Lobby. In addition, a separate window containing your TODA Live Homepage will appear, for easy access to your profile and upcoming events.
Google Calendar
Starting from Google Calendar, locate and click on the event you would like to join.
Once the event details appear, click Join TODA Live.
TODA TIP: To view additional event details, including the meeting room host and others invited to the meeting, click the dropdown arrow.
From here, you will be redirected to a browser and prompted to select from one of the following options:
Continue with Web
Upon clicking 'Continue with Web,' you will continue to the meeting room Lobby.
OR
Continue on App
The TODA Live App must be installed to move forward with this option.
To download the app, click the Download TODA Live App Now link, then select the best download option for your device to begin the installation process.
After clicking 'Continue on App,' the TODA Live app will open, and you will land in the meeting room Lobby. In addition, a separate window containing your TODA Live Homepage will appear, for easy access to your profile and upcoming events.
The TODA Live Homepage
From the TODA Live Homepage, hover your cursor over the meeting room card you would like to join.
To the right, you will find and click the Join button.
From here, you will be redirected to a browser and prompted to select from one of the following options:
Continue with Web
Upon clicking 'Continue with Web,' you will continue to the meeting room Lobby.
OR
Continue on App
The TODA Live App must be installed to move forward with this option.
To download the app, click the Download TODA Live App Now link, then select the best download option for your device to begin the installation process.
After clicking 'Continue on App,' the TODA Live app will open, and you will land in the meeting room Lobby. In addition, a separate window containing your TODA Live Homepage will appear, for easy access to your profile and upcoming events.
Once you click Join, you will land in the TODA Live Lobby.
The Homepage Room Panel
NOTE: Capabilities vary depending on whether they are a Host, Participant, or Guest. - From the TODA Live Homepage, hover your cursor over the meeting room card you would like to join.
- Upon clicking the meeting room card, a panel will appear on the right-hand side of your screen, where you will find and click the Join button.
- From here, you will be redirected to a browser and prompted to select from one of the following options:
Continue with Web
Upon clicking 'Continue on Web,' you will continue to the meeting room Lobby.
OR
Continue on App
The TODA Live App must be installed to move forward with this option.
