Overview
Enhance your daily communications by dialing into your next TODA Live meeting! The Dial In feature provides uninterrupted connectivity, perfect for those with limited internet access or who are on the go, making TODA Live accessible from anywhere.
*Dial In is an optional add-on for TODA Live packages and is currently offered with phone numbers for the United States and Canada. For more details on adding this feature to your plan, please contact help@lmmv.com.
TODA TIP: Users will receive a string of numbers separated by commas, to join a meeting using Dial In– see below, for the reference key:
*The Participant ID can be found within your email and calendar invitations (Calendar Plugin required).

NOTE: Rooms with the following settings enabled may require additional steps:
Host Control Admit - Host can allow or reject attendees from entering the room.
Private Room - Only invited Participants can join the room.
Login Required - Attendees must sign in prior to joining a room.

Enable Dial In 
Enable from the TODA Live Experience
As a meeting room Host, enable the Dial In feature prior to your meeting and give participants the flexibility to join your room from their phones.
Starting from the TODA Live Homepage, click a meeting room.
The Homepage Room Panel will appear on the right-hand side of your screen.
Navigate to and click the Dial In toggle, to enable the Dial In feature for your meeting room Participants.
Enable from a TODA Live Calendar Plugin
Using a TODA Live Calendar Plugin for Google Calendar or Outlook, enable the Dial In feature prior to your meeting to allow Participants to join the room by phone. Starting from your preferred calendar, create or click an event where TODA Live has been selected for video conferencing.
Enable from Google Calendar
Click the TODA Live plugin on the Google Calendar add-on bar, located on the right-hand side of the window.
The TODA Live plugin panel will appear.
NOTE: Sign In is required to access the TODA Live plugin panel features.

From the panel, navigate to and click the Dial In toggle.
The Dial In details for your room will become available.
Enable from Microsoft Outlook
Starting from your Outlook calendar, create or select an event.
For new events click More Options. Alternatively, click Edit, for a previously created event.
Click the TODA Live plugin dropdown, located on the event ribbon, and select the Settings option.
The TODA Live plugin panel will appear on the right-hand side of the event window.
NOTE: Sign In is required to access TODA Live plugin panel features.

Navigate to the Settings section, and click the Dial In toggle.
For new events click the Create Room button. Alternatively, for previously created events, click Update.
The Dial In details for your room will become available.
Start Using Dial In
Connect to a TODA Live meeting through an email invitation, calendar plugin, or through the Lobby.
Dial In from the Meeting Room Lobby
Need to join a meeting but away from your computer? Stay connected and handle last-minute changes by dialing in.
Once you’ve joined a TODA Live room and have landed in the Lobby, click the Dial In button.
A Dial In modal will appear.
Using your phone, dial the appropriate phone number for your region.
Next, enter the 9 digit Meeting ID, then select the pound (#) key.
(Optional) When prompted, using your dial keypad, enter your unique 4 digit Participant ID, then select the pound (#) key. . However, select only the pound (#) key to skip, if you wish to join the meeting as a Guest.
Dial in from an Email Invitation
Join a meeting from your phone using the TODA Live meeting room invitation. This convenient option allows you to easily participate in the conversation without needing to log into your TODA Live account.
From your email, locate the TODA Live meeting invitation.
Navigate to ‘Dial in by your location’, and select the appropriate phone number for your region.
Once prompted, using your dial keypad, enter the 9 digit Meeting ID, then select the pound (#) key.
NOTE: The Dial In number is not linked to a specific room, but each meeting has its own unique Meeting ID for easy identification.(Optional) When prompted, using your dial keypad, enter your unique 4 digit Participant ID, then select the pound (#) key. However, select only the pound (#) key to skip, if you wish to join the meeting as a Guest.
Dial In from a TODA Live Calendar Plugin
Now that you’ve enabled the TODA Live calendar plugin, it’s time to dial in to join the meeting. Participate in the conversation without having to search your email or log into your account.
Dial In from Google Calendar
Starting from your calendar, locate the meeting you would like to join.
Next, select the appropriate phone number for your region.
Once prompted, using your dial keypad, enter the 9 digit Meeting ID, then select the pound (#) key.
NOTE: The Dial In number is not linked to a specific room, but each meeting has its own unique Meeting ID for easy identification.(Optional) When prompted, using your dial keypad, enter your unique 4 digit Participant ID, then select the pound (#) key. However, select only the pound (#) key to skip, if you wish to join the meeting as a Guest.
Dial In from Microsoft Outlook
*This section will cover using the Dial In feature through Microsoft Outlook Web App.
From your Outlook calendar, locate the meeting you would like to join.
Click the TODA Live plugin dropdown, and select the Settings option.
The TODA Live plugin panel will appear on the right-hand side of your event window.
From the panel, select the appropriate phone number for your region.
Once prompted, using your dial keypad, enter the 9 digit Meeting ID, then select the pound (#) key.
