Overview
If you're using a Google Chrome desktop browser for your TODA Live meetings and did not grant Camera and Microphone access during your initial setup or in previous sessions, this article will guide you through the process to enable these permissions.
Desktop Experience
1. To begin, go to the search bar, where you will find a lock icon, located on the left of the TODA Live url.
Camera and Microphone settings will appear below.
2. To enable or disable either the Camera and/or Microphone, simply click the corresponding toggle(s), located to the right of each option.
NOTE: To turn off both Camera and Microphone permissions, click "Reset Permissions." However, it's advisable to keep these permissions enabled for a more seamless experience during future meetings.Need additional support?
