Update Your Profile Picture and Account Details

Overview

Updating your profile picture and account settings is easy and straightforward. Navigate to your profile, located on the TODA Live Homepage at http://connect.todalive.com, to edit your photo, name, and title.



Update Your Profile Picture

  1. Starting in the TODA Live Homepage click your profile icon, located at the top right-hand side of the window.


  2. A dropdown will appear underneath your profile icon with further selections to choose from.


  3. Click the edit icon, located on the lower right of your current profile photo. 


  4. A window will appear prompting you to upload or remove your image. For this example, we'll be showing you how to upload and adjust your image.



  5. Click Upload New Image and depending on your preference, you have the following options:

         A.  Drag and drop a file directly to the designated section from your device.

            OR

         B.   Browse files on your device to search for the file you would like to upload. 


    NOTE: The maximum file size for your profile can be no larger than 4MB.

     

     
  6. Once you’ve uploaded your photo, you will be asked to adjust the view of the selected image.

        A. Click and drag your photo to the designated area to properly center it. 


            AND / OR

         B. Zoom in / out by selecting and dragging the zoom toggle left to minimize or right to maximize the image.


  7. Click the Update button once you are satisfied with your photo and adjustments, or click any area outside of the window to end this update.


    Once you have updated your profile picture, it will be visible to all attendees while in a meeting room. This is a great way to personalize your presence and help others easily identify you.



Update Your Account Settings


  1.  Update personal details like name or title by navigating to Account Settings and clicking the profile icon.


  2. Double-click the designated areas to type in your preferred Name and Title.

    NOTE: The email displayed in your account settings is currently not editable. We recommend keeping your email up-to-date to ensure you receive important notifications and updates related to your TODA Live account.


  3. Click the Enter key on your keyboard if you are satisfied with your updates. 


Once you have updated your account settings with your preferred details, these changes will automatically be reflected in the Lobby and in the next meeting room you join.



That’s it, you have successfully updated your TODA Live profile!
