Overview

You can rejoin an inactive meeting room to review media files and chat history. However, there may be various reasons you’re unable to access a room. If you encounter any issues accessing a past meeting, please contact the meeting room Host for assistance.

Reasons You May Be Restricted

  • Room Expiration: The room has expired, and is automatically deleted after 30 days of last utilization or creation date.

NOTE: If a meeting room has had chat use or media files uploaded, it will not be automatically deleted, which means you can revisit and view the page at any time.

  • Room Deletion by Host: If the Host of the meeting room has deleted it, you will no longer have access to that room, its chat or media files.

  • Host Control Admit: If the meeting room has been set to Host Control Admit, only the Host can admit attendees into the room. If you are not admitted by the Host, you will not be able to join the room.

  • Host Required: If the meeting room has been set to 'Host Required', the Host must be present in the room for attendees to join. You will be unable to access the room until the host has joined.
