Return to the Homepage

Easily view and transition from one room to another, whether it's live or saved, by clicking the Home Page arrow to the left of your meeting room name.

Individual / Isolated (ISO) Recording

Capture isolated videos of each participant so their video and audio are captured separately.

Main Room / Grid Recording

Main room/grid recording simplifies the process for Admins to record a room from the Admin Control Panel (ACP). This feature is also available in the main meeting room.

Search Participants

Easily search for participants in your meeting room using the search bar. Whether they are in the main room or in a Breakout Room, you can quickly locate them.

Clear Participants from the Room

For Admins who value the convenience of using the same TODA Live meeting room—whether for ease of access, maintaining pre-set configurations, or centralizing resources—we’ve made it so that even when guests join a session multiple times, their entries will be consolidated into a single entry.

However, to completely clear your participant list and start anew, follow these steps:

  1. Close your meeting room to remove active participants.

  • Meeting rooms must be empty in order to clear the participant list.

  1. Navigate to the Participant Panel and click the participant count

  • This number will depend on the number of participants initially invited to the room.

  1. From here, you can select Clear Participants.

  • A dialog box will appear.

  1. To leave your participant list as is, select No, Cancel. Alternatively, if you’re ready to clear your list, select Yes, Proceed
